Write to hello@corefolios.com and a person will answer. Say which page of the book you were on — the page number is printed at the foot of every screen — and we will know exactly where to look.

Getting in

The book opens with your email address. On a phone that supports it you can add Face ID or Touch ID afterwards, and after that the cover simply opens. If you have the book on one device and want it on another, open Settings on the device you are already using and ask for a code to type on the new one.

Nothing saved

If a line at the foot of the page says it could not save, what you wrote is still on the screen and has not been lost. It is almost always the network. Stay on the page, wait for a signal, and it will save itself.

Writing on a page

Tap any ruled line and write. Pages that expect a longer answer offer a nudge — a few prompts to start you off — and you are free to ignore it. Photographs go anywhere you see an empty frame, and a page you have already filled in on paper can simply be photographed into the book.

Leaving

Settings → Leaving. Sign out on this device closes the book here and leaves everything where it is. Close this book for good deletes the account and everything in it — the writing, the photographs and the files behind them — and cannot be undone.
