The Wedding Planner Book is the digital twin of a physical planner: the same pages, holding what you write on them. This page says exactly what it keeps, what leaves it, and what you can do about both.

What it keeps

• Your email address and your name.
• What you write on the pages — answers, lists, thoughts — and any photographs you upload, including photographs of your physical planner's pages.
• The public half of any passkey — never a password, there are none. An invitation for a second device is stored only as a hash, single-use and short-lived.

This is stored on Cloudflare's network, in a database and file store used only by this app.

What leaves it

Two features ask Anthropic's Claude API for help, and only when you press the button that asks:

• Reading a page. If you photograph a page of your physical planner and ask the app to read it, that photograph is sent to be transcribed, and your handwriting comes back as text in the right places.
• Shaping a page. If you ask for a brain-dump page to be tidied, the words you wrote on that page are sent and come back ordered — your words, your spelling, one thought a line.

Anthropic does not train on what the API is sent. Nothing else goes anywhere: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third party receives your data for their own purposes. Nothing is sold, ever.

Taking your things, and leaving

You can close your book yourself, at any time, without asking anyone. Open Settings in the book, go to Leaving, and choose Close this book for good. Everything goes at once and for good: every page you have written, every photograph and file, anything tucked into a page, your passkeys, and the account itself. There is nothing left marked hidden, and nothing to wait for.
